Safety Policy

Out of an overabundance of caution and safety for our customers, our staff is fully vaccinated and will be wearing masks throughout the reservation. We highly encourage all participants to be vaccinated or have a negative test 72 hours prior to reservation.

If You Are Sick

If you have a temperature, are showing any potential symptoms of COVID-19, have tested positive for COVID-19, or have been in close contact with anyone that has tested positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of the reservation then you need to stay home and request a refund. Our team will not be conducting temperature checks. If you don't feel well, please stay home. Potential COVID-19 symptoms include:

• Fever or chills
• Cough
• Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
• Fatigue

• Muscle or body aches
• Headache
• New loss of taste or smell
• Sore throat 

• Congestion or runny nose
• Nausea or vomiting
• Diarrhea

Masks

Staff will all be wearing masks while in close proximity. We strongly recommend all participants wear masks while in contact with staff.
As we continue to monitor COVID-19,  we will ultimately be adhering to the local guidelines as it relates to mask use.

Hand Cleaning 

Hand sanitizer stations will be available upon arrival. By this point, everyone should know that hand washing is important in helping reduce the spread of COVID-19.

Seating and Spacing

Seating will be spaced one person per vessel, unless in a two+ seater.

Vaccinations

While we strongly encourage our customers to be vaccinated, we are not requiring proof of vaccination at this time.

Local COVID Guidelines 

If you're attending from out of town, please make sure to familiarize yourself with the local government guidelines, specifically, as it relates to any potential hotel stays, indoor dining, etc.

COVID-19 Refund Policy 

We're offering full refunds right up a day before the reservation for any COVID-related issues like exposure, sickness, or company policy change.
